We are now almost back to normal activities. Life seemed to be getting back to normal when yesterday morning at around five thirty a series of tremors woke us all up. Four aftershocks, two measuring over 5M and two measuring over 4M. I guess the energy stored inside the tectonic plates is still not released fully. Anyway no damage except for denting peoples' nerves.

The painting and reconstruction work is being done and will take some time to complete. We are trying to manage inventory and supplies and we are also giving away supplies to other needy centers. MSF is doing a wonderful job in rehabilitation of the earthquake patients. Census of admitted patients is sent as attachment for your perusal. We have not seen any complications or infections in our operated cases who have come for follow-up.

On Saturday, NOH gathered a team of doctors and went to Harisiddhi VDC in South Lalitpur for a free health camp. 125 households were given a hygiene and sanitation kit containg a bucket, toothpaste, tooth brushes, toilet cleaning liquid, soap bars, laundry bars and a towel. Harisiddhi village had 60% of houses destroyed and the whole village was empty and people either migrated or lived in make-shift shelters.

218 patients were seen in the health camp and free medicines were distributed. The camp was held in the community health center of Harisiddhi.

We are planning another outreach camp in the South- West of Kathmandu in Tistung in Makwanpur district on coming Saturday.
